Putting up materials/staging off the south server wall to deflect sunlight off the west facing roof.
You see the roof stand-off scaffolding perched on top of the stair rail awaiting roof installation.
This is part of IAC's green initiative to use less energy especially during the summer months.
Preliminary returns from our electric bill are highly encouraging that these solutions work to reduce summertime energy consumption.
