Service Level:
IAC maintains dual underutilized T1 connections, local network and electrical systems based on years of network and engineering skill at a very high level of performance. Our Service Level Agreement does not contain any late night "Network Service (maintenance) Outage Windows, we contractually run around the clock and want to know of any interruption in your service. We monitor our T1 resources and provide bandwdith graphing into your server so you can see your traffic patterns into and out of your connected port.
Network Infrastructure:
We use high CISCO networking equipment to provide the backbone of our colocation facility and Belkin Cat 6 wire from DEMARC to server room. Our server room apen rack shelving is made of high quality chrome steel and allows for servers of all sizes and shapes. Direct ownership of our facility allows us to make modifications at will, multiple electrical service feeds, generator equipment and wiring and control elements throughout our facility to maintaina high level of quality electrical service feed both during normal operation and during electrical grid failure. Between our propane and gasoline powered generators we can keep the facility running in the event of a prolonged electrical outage.
